Job Accountabilities
1. Reception of guests, monitoring front office activity, answering telephone, handling incoming / outgoing mail /courier packages / faxes.
2.Tickets booking and hotel reservation for visitors and internal staff.
3.Order office stationery, food, drinking water and meals; Order business name cards and door badges for employees.
4.Call for outside or inside maintenance of company property and office equipment.
5. Assist in HR duties, such as handing out pay slip/coupon and reporting leave data/training record and so on.
6.Coordinate the customers and suppliers with KAM and other departments.
7. Assist in other reasonable duties if required.
Minimum requirements
1. College or equivalent;
2. Good English speaking and listening skill;
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
4.Be familiar with the common software, such as MS Word, MS Excel;
5. Able to operate office equipment and good typing skills;
