工作职责:
1.Assist with department daily work, including copying, translation, documents preparation and basic supporting works;
2.Provide efficient support during the visits of global colleagues;
3.Help department colleagues arrange domestic and international travels actively;
4.Purchasing if needed;
5.Coordinate billing and payment activities with vendors;
6.Provide secretarial and general support to the work conducted by the department(QC or WSR);
7.Meeting room reservation and meeting set up;
8.Expense report copy and tracking;
9.Letter distribution for the department personnel;
10.Support on in-house departmental/center events scheduling, logistics preparation and event facilitation upon request.
任职资格:
1.Fluent English in writing and speaking;
2.Dependable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and being a good team player;
3.Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks;
4.Good communication skills;
5.Work in details and be able to work under pressure;
6.Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
7.At least 3 full days a week.
