Optical New Technology Laboratory, one of research group in Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precise Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science, is aiming at developing the optical new technologies (for example binary optics, freeform optics, optical laser radar, etc.) for the application of aerospace exploration, ground surveys, as well as astronomical observation. Now we have open vacancies to fill for the research works in our Laboratory in Xi’an, China. If you are interested in the job, Please send your CV to our Laboratory.

Qualifications Include:

In order to be considered for this position, you should have at least one of the following qualifications:

(1) 
Have been assistant professor or research fellow in overseas prestigious universities, institutions or enterprises before coming to China, mastering the core technology or independent intellectual property rights on your research field.

(2) 
Have Master or Ph.D degree from the well-known prestigious universities, either in China or abroad.

(3) 
Have equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in optical engineering, opt-

mechanical engineering, or opt-manufacturing.

Major responsibilities:

(1) 
Position 1: Optical Design Engineer (4 vacancies)

l 
Major in Optics, Optical Engineering, Physic optics, Precision mechanics,

etc.

l 
Working or practical experience in optical design (Zmax, CodeV, or Light

tools)

l 
Design, develop, build and test components, systems and products.

l 
Expertise in complex optical alignment, system testing, programming and Optical performance characterization

(2) 
Position 2: Optical processing and testing Engineer (4 vacancies)

l 
Major in Optics, Physic, Mechanical engineering, etc.

l 
Experience in the manufacturing processes for optical glass, crystals and ceramics. Areas of manufacturing include lapping, polishing (pitch and machine), machining, optical contacting, optical bonding, and computer controlled surface corrections, interferometry and optical measurements.

l 
Metrology and design the measurements for the optical systems, components, or surface.

Both positions required you to have good independent learning capability, the ability to work under pressure, and with cross-group and cross-field collaboration. The position is valid in the whole year of 2018.

空间光子信息新技术研究室（隶属于中科院西安光学精密机械研究所），

面向国家对新一代空间信息探测、获取、传输与处理技术的重大需求，展开

空间光子前沿技术、空间光子工程技术等创新研究，现诚聘国内外优秀人才

加盟。

一、招聘对象：1）海外高校/科研机构/公司获得助理教授及以上职位或其他

相应职位，拥有核心技术、技术专长者；2）海外知名高校硕士、博士毕业

或具有海外博士后经历者；3）国内外重点院校或科研院所应届、往届硕士、

博士毕业生。

二、招聘岗位：

1、光学系统设计（2 人）：光学工程、物理、光电子、精密机械等专业；

2、光学加工与检测（2 人）：光学工程、机械、自动化等相关专业；
