Objectives
To maximize value to the customer by providing operational excellence and cost efficient service. Efficient management of the order fulfilment processes in order to secure and enhance business opportunities. Handle customers’ inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies or procedures.
Main Tasks
? Understand the respective order management process and perform independently daily order operation. (i.e. managing the customer orders, monitoring order documents and AR, responding to the customer about the order states as well as the non-conformity handling update efficiently and effectively).
? Operate correctly with the application systems (i.e. SAP/e-solution/Microsoft office) and customers.
? Keep an ordinary working space and setup a clear filing system to enable the reliable backup operation.
? Team player and cooperative within OTC community (i.e.S/M,FU,EHS etc.).
? AR management support, e.g. check invoice receipt with customers.
? Administration of customer complaints.
? Support sales rep. for sales forecast collection.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above with major in business and/or supply chain management.
? Knowledge in SAP and OTC/business processes preferred.
? Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
