Objectives:
Under the guidance of shfit supervisor， properly operate the machines/equipments and handle the chemical materials to meet the EHS-Q requirements and production targets (quantity, schedule, production excellence).

Main Tasks:
? Operate the machines/ equipments following the defined production processes/ plans to meet the given schedules safely, accurately and efficiently.
? Observe the operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output, identify any unusual findings and fix the problems or report to supervisor.
? Alert the relevant personnel of the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, record the problems.
? Monitor the process parameters as instructed in operation mode and DCS recipe.
? Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time.
? Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
? Keep PPE and tools in the good condition, check and maintenance on time.
? Share the necessary information for the daily production with colleague, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance.
? Make sure the shift hand over goes smoothly.
? Keep production record, shift log, patrol record updated.
? Cooperate and communicate with warehouse, logistic department, utility department, lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel

Requirements:
? Education: Technical School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Computer skills, good interpersonal skills
