Job Description:

1. Managing the sales order processing function, from order receipt through to delivery & collection ensuring that all sales orders/shipments are processed in the most efficient manner；

2. Generate and communicate metrics reporting. May also require development of metrics to gauge employee performance and analysis 3PL performance；

3. To ensure that the processes are in place to respond to and resolve all customer order/delivery queries and related requirements and requests, continue to improve the processes for business；

4. To support and monitor the Distribution Centre with any customer delivery related queries；

5. To provide cover for other members of the Team, as & when required；

6. To run stock check regularly so to minimize the discrepancies for stock in warehouse

7. Work Closely with 3PL, GM, and the team in HQ to ensure any issues is reported to appropriate level；

8. Work with GM to ensure implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations；

9. Warehouse housekeeping and i***entory；

10. Monthly i***oice check；

Requirement:

1. Degree in Logistics or Business Management;

2. Having administrative experience is a plus;

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & Chinese;

4. Experience collection data and reporting against KPI;

5. High attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking and conflict resolution.

Basic Salary:

GBP20000 - GBP22000 per annum
