Responsibilities：
-基于产品实际使用要求转化为技术规范/技术要求；
Translate actual requirements of products into technical specification/technical requirements.
-负责对产品电气绝缘结构进行研发，从而满足产品的应用特性；
Research on electrical insulation structure to meet the application requirements of product.
-负责将技术研发成果进行有效的知识产权保护（标准、论文、专利、商业秘密等）
Be responsible for the effective intellectual property protection (standards, papers, patents, trade secrets, etc.) of the technology research and development.
-积极参与国际、国家、行业相关标准的制定，形成产品的技术壁垒，提高产品的市场竞争力；
Participate in the setting of international, national and industry standards, to form technical barriers and improve the market competitiveness of products.
-对营销和供应链进行技术支持。
Afford technical support for marketing and supply chain.
岗位要求：
Requirements：
-学历：硕士及以上；
-专业：高电压与绝缘技术；
Master degree or above with the major in high voltage and insulation technology
-能力：较强的逻辑思维能力、较强的创新能力、较强的学习能力、较强的抗压能力。
