Role:
To provide efficient and high quality HR administration support to M&E by following the related HR processes and governmental regulations in the area of employment management, HR data, recruitment, C&B, training, and performance etc.
Tasks
1. Assistance on-boarding and checkout process
2. Assistance on contract renewal documents preparing;
3. Assistance on probation reminding;
4. Candidates interview arrangement via email or phone call
5. Update recruitment database, prepare recruiting related documents and dashboard
6. Daily supporting and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
7. Support daily operation, other tasks assigned by leader
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Excellent logical thinking, fast learner , flexible and resilient, proactive attitude, patient and willing to work under pressure
3. Strong interests in HR
4. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
5. Good command of spoken and written English, good MS office software skills
6. Can work at least 3 days per week
