Responsibilities:

1.Recruiting supporting: arrange F2F interview, keep interview record, send interview invitation, meeting rooms arrangement, CV downloading, and other coordination tasks

协助招聘：协调面试安排、收录候选人档案、发送面试邀请、预定面试会议室等相关招聘工作；

2.Other HR related issues: Documents preparation for new employees, some translation job if necessary, weekly sports activity coordination.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历；

2. Good communication in English & Chinese

良好的中英文沟通能力；

3. 3 days to be work per week at least for continuous 3 months

一周至少3天，持续3个月以上。
