Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility: Participate WTCCN OB New product development, and be responsible for leading supplier selection, project management and product management.

1.Receive business requirement from Brand Team and lead the tendering process to identify proper solutions/vendors which meets Watsons expectations on quality, cost, innovation and speed to the market.

2.Conduct cost analysis and risk evaluation during new product development. Be responsible for on-going supplier performance management and improvement.

3.Monitor the mass production to ensure production capability.

4.Arrange credit audit & factory QA audit by 3rd parties for both new and existing suppliers.

5.Lead new product development and be responsible for the projects on time delivery.

6.Packaging development & mockup with suppliers to deliver the design effect for NPD ranges.

7.Participate in the commercial terms and conditions negotiation.

8.Periodically visit the suppliers and attend trade shows; explore market trend and innovation. Organize innovation discussions and meetings between brand team and suppliers.

9.Well manage existing suppliers on cost, GP%, QA, production, etc.

10.Understand the industry OEM capability; investigate and evaluate new source of supply.

11.Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Key Qualification Criteria:

1.Education: BS degree.

2.Good interpersonal communication (written & oral) and influence skills, ability to work collaboratively across functional departments at all levels.

3.Passion on beauty industry and retail business.

4.English capability communication on oral and written.

5.Good data analysis skill.

6.Good computer skill, especially in excel and power point.
