? Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Develop & execute content strategies, plans, and social media campaigns according to marketing objective
Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions. [eg. with SH WOW weibo account]
Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
Create adequate contents [including copy & visual] to fit in different social media platforms (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, weibo post, wechat messages ….etc).
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
? Conduct social listening & consumer response:
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way. Eg. Repost consumer’s good comments on weibo, prepare answer to extreme positive or negative comments
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business, report to appropriate management if necessary.
? Monthly newsletter & EDM communication:
Responsible to sending the newsletter and EDM to relevant customer database
? ROI Tracking:
Compile ROI report for management on digital & social media campaign and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for future improvement
Conduct monthly Digital performance review including social media/SEO/Web metrics/EDM
Participate in MarCom events that require support.
