Job description:

The main responsibility of the role will be software development of the 4G/5G small cells product, within a R&D team which has end to end responsibility of the product. 

•Analyze the requirements and technical specifications.

•Design and Implementation of feature, entity integration and verification.

•Test result analysis and troubleshooting, fixing of findings.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, major in: telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, software engineering or related software development experience.

Job Purpose

Ø  Wireless Small cell & WiFi products design and verification. Ø  RF electronic circuit design and verification for Wireless Small cell & WIFI products.

 

Qualifications

Ø  Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, EE or related areas. Ø Proficiency in using instruments, such as Signal Generator, RF Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope etc. Ø  With good experience in RF unit design, PA design and analog-digital mixed signal circuit design. Job Title	RFSW Software Engineer
Job Purpose
Small Cell RFSW software development

 

Key Responsibilities

Ø  RF SW development and support for All in one Flexi zone Small Cells or LPRRH or DAS products, Fluent English speaking and reading; Ø  Responsible for whole SW development lifecycle, including analyze functional requirements, design, coding, unitary testing and debug/support to downstream test teams, trouble shooting for field issues. Ø  Ensure assigned tasks delivery in time in quality. Ø  Cooperation with team leader, support some daily operations. Ø  Execute quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all products’ deliveries.

 

Qualifications

Ø  Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas. Ø  3 years software development, good experience on C/C or python programming, Linux/shell/Makefile. Familiar with Linus OS is a plus. Ø  Knowledge and experience in software development process, source code version management system. Ø  Basic knowledge of wireless system architecture, experience in GSM, WCDMA or LTE area is a plus. Knowledge of Linux OS, Shell, Makefile is preferred. Ø  Strong communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English (both oral and writing). Fluent English speaking. Ø  Wireless Small cell & WiFi products design and verification. Ø  Subsystem level or digital board level design and verification for Wireless Small cell & WIFI products.

 

Qualifications

Ø  MS degree or above in Telecommunication, EE or related areas. Ø  Understanding of high-speed digital hardware design, ARM, DSP,FPGA,CPLD, memory, packet-based switching circuit, Wifi, power management and analog design to develop new and existing board products. Skillful with digital circuit design in telecommunication system. Ø   Create board level schematics, select appropriate cost-effective components and generate BOMs; Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis. Ø  Bring-up and debug board design and fully test functionality and performance Ø  Good coordination ability to work with ECAD team, mechanical team, engineering supporting team and software team.. Ø  Complete design and test documents during corresponding development stages Ø  Fluent in both oral and written English.

Ø  Write test documents including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Case list, Test Reports. Ø  Execute tests, analyze test results, and provide test reports on schedule. Ø  Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed Ø  RF electronic circuit design and verification for Wireless Small cell & WIFI products.

 

Qualifications

Ø  Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, EE or related areas.
