Main Purpose of the Job:
To fulfil all relevant administration tasks for Regional Technics China.
Main Responsibilities:
Administration of Tech Department Insight Workspace
Data Collection and maintenance in Tech Department
Handling of Quotations and Purchase Orders from / to Customers ( Project Accounting List )
Assisting Head of TC and Department Heads in administrative Tasks
Management of Customer Survey Forms and Evaluation
Collect, archive and present Key Performance Indicator ( KPI ) of the Tech. China Organization
5S Mentor for the Tech Department
Handling and recording of Leave Applications and Expense reimbursements
Creating and Maintaining of Presentations and Standard Forms
Meeting Organization and arrangement of Customer Visits
Recording Meeting Minutes of regular Meetings
Sample Delivery management and Cost Recording
Translations
Education/Experience:
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Knowledge in MS Office, MS SharePoint and MS Project will be an benefit
Excellent in communication and troubleshooting
