Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above from first-tierUniversity, MBA or Master in marketing, Communications or related fieldpreferred
? Relevant experiences in Public Affairs, Marketing,Communications, news promotion, advert design or related field within bothChinese and American environment
? Previous experience with higher education sector orin an academic setting is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities:
? Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Chineseand English (good copywriting skills a strong plus)
? Pleasant and positive personality, can work underpressure
? A collaborative and flexible style, with a strongservice mentality and learning capacity
? Excellent technical skills with a strongproficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g. Weibo, We-chat, Linkedin,Facebook etc.), electronic communications and website design
? Independent capability to evaluate and design withappropriate sense of art taste
? Basic skills for Adobe software and H5 pages
? Sensitive to the product(s), and with capability toselect, design and produce contents with deep and accurate understanding
? Ability to be detail oriented with excellent timemanagement and organizational skills in order to develop priorities and meetdeadlines
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? Support the marketing manager to create effectivemarketing communication programs and ensure good implementation to achievemaximum brand awareness and credibility that translate into increasing numberof program applicants
? Coordinate the marketing manager to set up andmaintain the effective market intelligence systems to ensure that accurate andattractive content is captured, developed, and presented consistently andefficiently using channels that will have maximum impact for each unit of timeand money invested (often by presenting the same content through multiplechannels)
? Maintain contacts with NSCIIC target audience,collect the feedbacks from target audience regarding the published contents andproduce regular reports with analyses and suggestions accordingly to marketingmanager
? Under supervision of marketing manager, responsiblefor the writing of and edits press releases, articles, fact sheets, andbackgrounders in both English and Chinese
? Support the marketing manager to propose marketingevents and branding strategy, by working with departments to determineprogram-specific marketing needs and develop marketing initiatives that targetrelevant audiences to support enrollment
? Prepare promotion materials for the variousprograms- i.e. developing hard copy brochures in English, maintaining andupdating feature pages on the NSCIIC’s website and creating new promotionchannels on Linkedin and other social media platform
? Documentation management for all marketingmaterials of NSCIIC
? Other work that may be required if needed
