Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Draft proposals, presentations, contracts, memos, and other communication to customers (such as hosting occasional clients’ visits);
起草建议书、演示、合同、备忘录,掌握与客户的沟通方式(例如间或安排客户的到访);
2. Prepare for daily sales orders, organize sales files and customers’ records by using ERP system;
准备日常的销售订单,利用ERP系统做好销售档案和客户资料的整理;
3. Coordinate with sales meetings, minutes and reports etc.;
协助举行销售会议,做好会议记录和有关报告等;
4. Provide clerical and administrative assistance to channel sales;
为渠道销售提供文书和行政方面的支持;
5. Support sales team and work closely with Logistics and Accounting teams;
全力协助销售团队,同时与物流和财物部门保持密切合作;
6. Attend/support wine dinners/tasting events;
参加/协助红酒晚宴和品酒活动;
7. Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
上司指派的其它任务。
Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills:
1. College graduate or above;
2. Good commend of Chinese and English, both oral and written;
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. Proactive, careful, can work under pressure;
5. Skillful in computer operations, eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
