岗位职责
1．协助处理华南区海运部事务 /航线/运输的日常订单；
2．维护、监控和审查运输预订流程；
3．协助审查和修改预订流程的操作；
4．协助执行运输指令，维护和记录运输路线、当地费用、设备状态、预订报告等；
5．协调与船务公司建立良好商业合作关系；
6．协助跟进分析运输市场的航程,传单,费用,港口方面等信息；
7．其他临时任务事宜；

岗位要求：
1.2018年毕业的学生优先（物流管理、航海运输、国际物流等相关专业）；
2.英语听说读良好；
3.熟练使用Office软件；
4.思维活跃，态度积极；
5.良好的沟通和人际关系能力；
6.最好一周能工作5天，可实习至少6个月的同学优先

注意：实习生岗位需要提供《实习推荐书》

Job Duties：
1.Handle daily bookings for specific KN office / trade lane / carriers.
2. Maintain, monitor & review the booking process with carriers.
3. Close management & control of space/allocations for Hkg/SCN cluster.
4. Enforecement of strategic carrier instructions from regional/national management.
5. Working towards profit maximization related to carrier choices.
6. Regular assessment of carrier performance, monitoring & escalation of carrier performance issues.
7. Review & modify the workflow of booking process with KN operation team if necessary.
8. Maintain MBC2, improve the data quality.
9. Maintenance & recording of carrier route rotation, local charges, loading figure, equipment status, booking report, etc
10. Relationship building with ocean carriers.
11. Distribution of market news regarding carriers, schedule, flyer, charges, port development, etc.
12. Any other ad-hoc task list.

Job Requirement:
1. College graduates or above
2. CET4 or above
3. Good command of Business English.
4. Familiar with the application of Microsoft Office.
