TPM Engineer (TPM研发工程师）2名  

Duties and Skills:

1. Accomplishment of GECO’s (Global Engineering Change Orders) as project leader.

2. Project Planning and Accomplishment of GECO’s according ISO9001:2008.

3. Product (-Series) Introduction out of Research & Development.

4. Accomplishment of GECO’s on Standard -Products, -Drawings & -Processes.

5. Maintenance of the global design standards and CAD library for the global organization.

6. Accomplishment/ Maintenance of Technical Documentation, Catalogue Content, Manuals &Brochures.

7. Accomplishment of design solutions in order to support applications engineering on laboratory tests and customer requests.

8. Accomplishment/ Maintenance of Standard Items & Bill of Materials in the local ERP system.

9. Control of the Master data Workflow locally and globally.

10. Realization of new and changed concepts together with the operative organization and external suppliers.

11. Perform organization trainings on standard series products & processes.

12. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in order to ensure a successful planning, validation and implementation.

13. Technical Support of the international organization.

14. Identification of potential improvements along the added value, time to market and product lifecycle and further proceeding and implementation.

15. Carries responsibility for the relevant cost centre.

16. Leads and manages direct reports, is responsible for development and timely performance review.

17. Routine and special activities, that are not directly part of the line of action, however necessary for the daily operational procedure and for the interdepartmental cooperation.

18. Ensures compliance with legal and corporate standards, policies and local regulations in job related terms and full compliance with QM requirements.

 

Skills Required：

1. Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

2. Solid Works design and CosmosWorks FEA experience.

3. Ability to effectively communicate in English.

4. Able to work with a sense of urgency on multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative environment.
