需求岗位：海外合规认证专员

职位描述：
1. 负责对海外用户提交审核的身份资料的完整、齐全性及准确性进行审核；
2. 为用户进行电话、视频等身份认证；
3. 负责客户身份信息资料归档；
4. 定期对公司相关用户信息进行合规检查；
5. 配合本部门及其他部门业务相关岗位开展工作。
任职要求：
1、英语四级或以上，优秀的外语读写能力优先；能够流利地与用户通过电话、视频方式交流。
2、细心、耐心，责任心强，具有较强的思考和执行能力。
3、热爱工作，擅长团队合作，能够承受工作压力，接受高峰时段的加班。
4、年龄20-30周岁，性别不限，全日制本科及以上学历；英语、小语种或法律、财务、金融、经济等专业优先。

Job
description:
1.
Responsible for verifying the integrity, completeness and accuracy of the
authentication information submitted by overseas users;
2.
Conduct regular compliance inspection of relevant users’ information;
3.
Conduct telephone verification, video and other identity authentication for
overseas users;
4.
Responsible for the archiving of customer identity information;
5.
Cooperate with the compliance team members and other departments to carry out
other work assigned.
Requirements:
1.
CET-4 and above, good English reading and writing skills are preferred;
Be
able to communicate with users via phone and video fluently;
2.
Careful, patient and strong sense of responsibility, with strong thinking and
execution ability;
3.
Love the work, be good at teamwork, be able to work under pressure, and can
work overtime during rush hours;
4.
Age 20-30, no gender limitation, full-time junior college or above; Majored in
English, small language or law, finance, finance, economy, etc.
