1. 与政府主管部门密切联系，及时掌握最新的法律法规，保证公司的生产和经营正常进行

2. 制定和更新公司关于生产安全、消防管理、环境保护和职业卫生的规章和制度，保证生产的顺利进行，保护所有员工的职业卫生和劳动安全.

3. 负责消防年检工作，监督物业管理公司和厂务维护公司按照公司的安全管理规定实施维修和维护，组织公司员工进行消防演习

4. 与其它部门合作负责ISO14000的年审和复审，同时负责客户劳动安全等方面的审核

5. 负责各种特种设备的年检和得到相关证书和许可

6. 对接触有毒有害物质的员工组织职业卫生健康体检，包括岗前、岗中和离岗体检并保留和管理体检档案

7. 负责处理生产垃圾及危险品废物, 根据国家的环保政策和规定监督相关垃圾处理公司处理危险废物

8. 管理团队安排的其他工作

1. Keeps close contact with the government each related department, grasp the newest policy and the legal laws and regulations promptly, normalize company's production and movement.

2. Establish and review company's each item about the production safety, the fireproof management, the environmental protection and the professional hygienic rules and regulations, guarantee the production smoothly carries on and safeguard all staff occupational safety.

3. Cooperate with government fire prevention department to carry on the fire annual inspection, supervise property management company and factory service maintenance company to carry on the daily maintenance according to company's fire protection policy. Organized company staff to carry on the fire preview and training.

4. Cooperate with other departments to carry on annual ISO14000 re-examination and other customers to our company about the EHS aspect verification.

5. Be responsible to get all special equipment certificates and the annual inspection work.

6. Be responsible for the occupational safety examination to the staff which contacts the virulent deleterious substance, including pre-job exam, on-job exam, and end-job exam. Keep the physical examination file.

7. Be responsible to dispose the product trash and the dangerous waste, supervise related company to dispose the dangerous waste according to the national environmental protection policy.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree major in engineering or safety management or environmental engineering.

2. Excellent ability of writing of official documents; Good English both in speaking and writing; Familiar with Microsoft office.

3. Priority to related working experience

4. SHE relative qualification certificate, government issued certificates related SHE.

5. Very good communication skill both internally and externally.

6. Can work under pressure, team work spirit, accountablity and authoritative, strong ability to organize SHE activities internally.
