主要内容：

1.生产中不良品跟线维修（ICT不良和FT不良），反馈各段制程中存在的问题并提出改善建议；

2.ICT/FT切换线的SET UP及各机种测试的首件确认；

3.对作业员的测试组装等作业技能给予正确指导；

4.测试治具和机台的维护及维修，保证测试的正常进行；

5.探讨改进测试方法并回馈给工程师更改WI；

6.跟踪和管控生产线所有烙铁温度；

7.维修中注意元器件拆装后的收集汇总，并遵守公司材料管控规定；

8.自觉做好责任区的5S工作；

9.重视维修报表的统计，以便核对；

10.辅助测试工程师做好其他相关工作

要求：

1.一年以上排除故障并维修电子装置工作经验

2.熟练使用各类测量仪，如万用表、录波仪、电表等

3.能读懂PCB板示意图及找出图上所是元器件

4.中专技校以上学历，大专优先
