Job Description :
- Projects follow up
- Customer database follow up
- Assisting sales person for report filing, new product (abroad) information
- Updating and analyzing Sales monthly forecast
- Sales vs Budget monthly
- Consolidate sales report monthly
- Resample/formula requirement from Head quarter or other affiliates
- Coordination of visit reports, reporting, forecast
- Organizing sample sending, daily paperwork
- Handling small Marketing presentation monthly (new win, popular products...)
- Managing small account being autonomous
- Any other special assignment given by department manager
Qualification:
- Good organization and communication skills, tidy, hard worker and open minded
- Must be fluent in written and oral English
- Computer skills (excel, word)
- Secretary experience (preferred)
