Position Summary:
Works under direction/guidance of a team leader and manager; and processes and procedures
在组长和经理的指导下按照流程和制度工作
Works with site Fi***ce, SCM and GBS teams to ensure a smooth AP process
与客户，工厂，供应链管理以及全球商务中心各团队之间合作以确保应付流程可以顺利进行
Handles incoming i***oices from vendors, both softcopy and hardcopy i***oices
处理供应商的发票，包括电子发票和纸质发票
Performs i***oices validation in I***oice Capture Center (ICC)
在发票处理中心系统执行发票验证
Verifies/Posts i***oices and creates accounting document in SAP
核实发票并在SAP里生成会计凭证
Works with AP Customer Service Team/SCM to resolve any i***oices discrepancies
与应付客服组和供应链管理组合作，解决有问题的发票
Reviews potential duplicate i***oices to minimize risk exposure
查看有潜在重复性的发票以降低风险
Requires to work in rotated night shift
从事夜班轮班工作
Ensures smooth month/quarter/year-end closing process
确保月结/季结/年结的顺畅进行
Prepares various internal and external reports to the management
向管理层提供各种内部以及外部的报表
Takes independent action to gather ideas and gain consensus with cross-functional teams on dispute resolution and process improvement recommendations

Communicates to ensure ideas are understood and accepts perspective of others

Ensures satisfactory readiness on various processes for SOx and audit purposes

Requirements:

Degree Holder not limited but preferred in English or Japanese or Logistics Management Business management
专业不限，英语，日语，物流管理，工商管理专业
Knowledge of AP is an advantage
具有AP知识的优先
Responsible, hard working and willing to take up additional responsibilities
工作负责，认真并且愿意承担额外的责任
Able to work under pressure to meet target / KPI
能在压力下工作以达到各项目标
Good communication skill
具有良好的沟通技巧
Good spoken and written English is a plus
具有良好的英语口语和写作能力
Willing to work overtime to meet business needs
因业务需求愿意加班
Good English & Mandarin, Japanese,will be an advantage
英语和日语良好的优先
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.  Knowledge in SAP a definite advantage
熟练的Excel和Word的技巧. 具有SAP知识优先
无需具有会计证
Working location is in Qingjian lake
