Job Responsibilities:

1. Regular daily Recruitment support

- Responsible for the daily maintain & manage of the job-boards (51job, liepin, others)

- Release job offer & recruitment ads accordingly to requirements

- Responsible for CV screening & scanning with assigned positions

- Reception work for candidates & coordinate interviews accordingly & interview invitation

- Responsible for weekly updates on the recruitment process reports with candidates’ information & interview arrangement

- Support to conduct 1st Round telephone interview for assigned positions with preferred CVs & provide basic information of candidates to 2nd Round HR when needed

2. Recruitment project support

- Campus & job fair admin support (T&E arrangement, Material preparation: gifts & brochures designing and ordering, logistics, on-site coordination, etc.)

3. Other work assigned

Requirements——

1. University student majoring in Business or related fields

2. Good communication & language ability (both English & Mandarin)

3. Willing to learn & team-work spirit

4. At least 3 days/week should be promised
