1、在约定时间内完成研发项目；

2、进行文献和专利的查询，合成路线的设计和及时解决项目中遇到的问题

3、完成其他的相关工作；

任职要求：

1、有机化学、药物化学、应用化学等相关化学专业，本科及以上；

2、熟悉有机合成、药物研发，具有一定的有机合成经验；

3、能在领导的带领下进行多步有机合成的实验工作；

4、有上进心，责任心，具有团队合作精神、敬业精神和创新精神。

待遇：4300元/月以上
