Responsibilities岗位职责:
Provide and manage customers RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as needed.组织跨部门的合作,提供和管理客户需求信息

Requirements岗位要求:
Knowledge of IC quality, JEDEC testing methods and standards.熟悉集成电路质量知识, JEDEC测试方法和标准
Understanding of statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers.熟悉统计学和工程知识
Strong English skills, to clearly organize and articulate information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to customers.较强的英文能力,能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户
Knowledge of ISO standard, Quality Systems, RMA/8D reports, key aspects of fab and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues.具备ISO标准,质量体系,RMA和8D报告,晶元和封装特性等知识,了解其他有助于客户的问题的知识
