Job Title:OSA Design Engineer
Job Description:
1. High coupling efficiency OSA design(Include TOSA/ROSA/BOSA/Tri-OSA etc.)
2. OSA new platform development.
3. OSA Life cycle Maintain and Management.
4. Technical support cross team.
5. Follow design process, build samples, pilot run and production transfer.
6. Failure analysis, Optical design and manufacture process modeling.
Job Requirement
1. Master degree or higher，in Electrical Engineering, Electro-optics, Physics or Communications；
2. Familiar with mechanics, optics, structure and packaging in opt-electronic area.;.
3. Good oral and writing English, at least CET-4 English level.
4. Good hand on and strong practical and learning ability, self-motivated and good team player.
