Develop himself/herself as the professional SP in Diehl Group
Description of Job activities:
Learning by doing: We build up relevant purchasing competencies and experiences by continuous practicable application. Knowledge and skills shall be applied in real-life situations with a lasting focus on strategic purchasing.
From the beginning, the trainees take over responsibility for local and global projects that are strongly aligned to the company’s strategic targets to support purchasing-related strategic decision-making.
The trainees take part in different purchasing teams, meeting DC-wide purchasing community and thereby build up a long-lasting purchasing-related network.
During the whole program the trainees get accompanied by experienced mentors that give direct job and career-related advice. (Mentoring by experienced executives (high management level) and technical tutor in line department)
General:
Serve internal customers as a service provider;
Take cared to have up-date knowledge in the working field;
Stay always friendly and kindly, but pushy enough to get things in the interest of DC through;
Requirements:
Graduated from University focus on engineering with electronic or mechanic background;
Graduated from University focus on finance area is preferred;
At least Bachelor degree, Master degree is preferred;
Advanced MS-Office Skills;
Strong communication skills;
Be reliable, sustainable, resilient and accurate;
Fluent English both in spoken and written;
