Position Summary:

1. Supporting Commercial Team on functions of Sales, Customer Service
2. 3-4 days/week, for no less than 3 months

Responsibility

1. Maintain quotation record
2. Conduct sales administration tasks such as customer creation, compliance check etc.
3. Support on data maintenance on pricing and customer info in SAP
4. Marketing material distribution
5. Basic sales reporting and analysis
6. Survey analysis
7. Product/Market contents translation
8. Admin support to Commercial Director
