Tasks:

1. Book meeting room for on-board training, prepare welcome package
2. Key in new employee's master data in SAP and maintain employee information database
3. Badge card management
4. Create CMB card for new employees
5. Send welcome email to all CHQ staff about new employee & welcome email to new comer
6. P-file management
7. Be in charge of attendance record and report
8. Training logistic arrangement
9. HR team support for CEOS and other systems
10. Intern Mgt.
Recruiting
1) In charge of intern's recruiting in R&D Center
2) In charge of posting/maintaining related JDs for all interns on the public website
3) Follow up hiring process and coordinate intern on-boarding
C&B
1) Responsible for intern's entry and departure procedure
2) Intern's P-file management
3) Responsible for intern's attendance and salary calculation
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, English, Business and
management or related discipline
- Third year of graduate or the second year of undergraduate
- Can work at least 3 days per week, last for 0.5 year or above
- Good command of written and oral English

Job Description

1.Support sample delivery/reflash/test;

2.Support Application Engineer;

3.Admin task for PC team(travel request/reimbursement/PO request/status check)

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree (e.g. Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics, Communications)
