猎头顾问助理（招收应届生）

薪资：4000-6000

工作地点：上海长宁区

学历要求：本科及以上

 

工作内容：

本职位的工作内容为在猎头顾问的指导下开展行业研究、客户研究及职位分析，执行人才搜寻、面试预约、推荐材料准备、协助顾问等人才委托招聘工作等。

晋升路线：Researcher→Assistant Consultant→Associate Consultant→Consultant→Team Leader→Manager/Director

一般6-12月可晋升为Assistant Consultant，将独立承担经理级人选的面试、评估及资料准备工作。

申请资格：

1. Age 23-35, college and above degree. 22岁以上，本科及以上学历；

2. Preferred with head hunting experience, or with more than 1 year SALES or client service experience; 有1年以上招聘，或销售，或客服，或咨询，或面向客户的岗位经验；

3. Fast leraning ability, and good client servicing skill; 快速学习能力，良好的客户服务能力；

4. Passionate, open, dedicated, honest and easy going with teammates. 热情、开朗、敬业、诚实，亲和力好，擅与人沟通；

5. Good Chinese and English written ability. 较好的中英文书面表达能力。
