岗位描述：

1、维持连锁门店的正常营运；

2、营造热情，轻松，家一样的环境氛围、

3、日常工作内容：商品/餐点介绍、点餐，收银，保持餐厅清洁，协助其他伙伴完成工作；

4、行政工作内容：门店布置、固定资产维护、订货、进货、盘点等存货管理、排班、训练，成本管理、报表制作；

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，在校生实习岗位，或应届/往届生储备管理岗位；

2、性格开朗，乐于沟通、交流、分享、乐于助人；

3、有一定英文基础，或者有志学习英语者优先录取；

4、有大型连锁快消、食品、百货、餐饮等相关工作经验者尤佳；

储备干部TeamLeader培训计划：

A、日常工作轮岗（食品零售和西式简餐各岗位内容学习和工作）3~6个月；

B、考核通过后晋升到初级管理岗位，开始相关行政工作学习；

（门店布置、固定资产维护、订货、进货、盘点等存货管理、排班、训练，成本管理、报表制作）3~6个月；

行政工作需要在6个月内学习并且通过考核鉴定合格，成为一名正式的TeamLeader；

成长路线：

TeamMember-------TeamLeader-------Assistant Store Manager------Store Manager-------District Manager

①该岗位为储备管理岗位，工作地点在上海各家连锁门店；

②做五休二，8小时工作制；

工作时间：09：00~18：00（提供中饭，价值75元任选）

13：30~22：30（提供晚餐，价值75元任选）

③包吃包住，有留用机会
