He/She will be required to come up with recommendations basing on the updated classifications to better detail disconnects which our customers are experiencing. He/She will also be involved with the development of a “1st Call” resolution process.

| 职位描述 | We are seeking for an Operations Excellence intern to join us and the key job scope includes analyzing customer feedback from ECM cases and consolidate findings to do a presentation during Region, District and Country meetings. He/She will be required to come up with recommendations basing on the updated classifications to better detail disconnects which our customers are experiencing. He/She will also be involved with the development of a “1st Call” resolution process. Job Description ? Evaluate current ECM data collection process from GBS and determine if new categories should be used ? Work with operations and centers to understand what process breakdowns resulted in concerns, and document fixes ? Work with GBS to understand processes and resources needed to move to a "1st Call" resolution system vs "Callback" ? Present findings from ECM research and present to Region, District, and Country leadership Job Requirement ? Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in the Engineering discipline ? Must be interested in process engineering ? Comfortable in working with large multi-lingual datasets ? Good communication skills (written and verbal in English) ? Proficient in Microsoft application i.e. Excel, Word, and Access ? Possess innovative thinking skills and like to think out of the box and explore new ideas ? Passionate to work in IE processes improvement projects | ||||||||||
