Position Overview:

In this position the candidate will provide technical support for porduction line sustaining. And focus on : KPI maintain/Yield improvement / Cost down activity / NTO project / Equipment / Tool installation / Safety/ Delivery of WLO and CCC business. also work with multi-function team to introduce new product/new process smoothly from design concept to mass production.

Execute all activities and projects for improvement activities to support organization goals and objective.

Responsibilities:1. In charge of line yield performance and improve production yield continually.

2. Be responsible for tool sustain and capacity improvement

3. Support daily production abnormal issue solve, such as low yield, hold lot disposition etc.

4. Be responsible for new product imtroduction and follow qualification procedure to release it to mass production on time.

5. To translate customer requirements to fab language, consolidate customer requirements for specific customized application.

6. Outsourcing process management and evaluation in China, such as IR-cut coating, Cr coating, Optical glass and Spacer drill...etc.

7. Provide technical training to related team.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree in an engineering and scientific field such as Optics, Physics, Engineering or Science background.

2. Good communication and problem solving skills.

3. Good oral and written English.

4. Positive working attitude, be willing to work under pressure.

5. Good sense of responsibility and team work.

6. Integrity for team and himself/herself
