SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide support to administration department, which includes handling reception work, as well as assisting Administration Officer in admin function and indirect procurement function.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist receptionist and Administrative Officer for administration procurement and supplier management, including office stationery, travel agency, hotel, car renting, office cleaning and virescence, etc.
Assist in office's safety to make sure the office routing works normally
Assist in coordinating annual dinner party, outing as well as other activities.
Assist in handling including incoming calls and reception of visitors
Assist in internal and external courier management
Assist in other ad hoc relate to administration activities assigned by Administration Officer
