Key Responsibilities:

1.Pick up telephones and reception for customers and provide necessary technical support, then register the details info into call center system.

2.Unsolved questions need to be transferred to field service with necessary service proposal

3.Summarize the FAQ and share with team members Onsite service will be needed when necessary

4.Teamwork and training team members。

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

Qualifications:

1.BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent required.

2.2-3 years working experience in laboratory, especially in chromatography instrument.

3.Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years field service experience of Thermo IC and HPLC.

4.Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills.

5.Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
