Responsibilities:
- Study the entire workflow of service jobs, incl. field service and in-house repairs.
- Carry out data extracting; data grouping; data verification for service business and performance by using related software, eg SAP, BI tool, etc.
- Collecting data from all existing sources, both software and cooleagues in collaboration.
- Perform data processing, analysis and data modeling from all aspects of view. eg. TAT, parts usage, cost, P/L, life cycles, etc.
- Define problems or difficulties from processed/reducted data and drive CIP from data point.
- Find solution for Service business growing and KPI figures improving by data source analysis agsint existing figures.
- Look for new service model opportunities from history data and analysis.
- Support FS Teams, Service Centers, Service Sales on defining and solving problem from data point
- Other related work assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on engineering or science.
- 0-2 years working experience on data proceessing or service role.
- be good at computer operation
- Excellent skill on Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- be good at mathematical statistics
- could handle SAP is a plus
