【职位介绍】

该职位隶属于研究部，日常工作以科学研究性工作为主，包括文献搜索、数据分析、研究报告撰写。主要工作是配合研究者完成各项科研任务。

【招聘要求】

1. 时间：周一至周五，每周工作3天及以上，能够长期实习的优先（6个月以上），短期恕不考虑。

2. 能熟练使用统计软件，如spss，mplus，stata，有相关实习经验者优先

3. 心理学、教育学、社会学专业背景优先

4. 有较好的沟通能力

5. 乐于学习，吃苦耐劳，做事细心谨慎

6. 良好的英语阅读书写能力，口语能力佳者优先考虑

【额外加分项】

1. 有做过相关实习，有加分

2. 大三大四保研，研一事情不多的，优先考虑。

3. 表现优秀，可正式录用。
