岗位职责

1、参与重大合同谈判，负责公司各类合同的起草、审核、修改；

2、负责公司合同管理，完善合同管理制度；

3、为公司决策意向开展法律研究，提供法律依据和法律方案，保障公司经营决策的合法性；

4、参与制定、完善公司规章制度，确保公司规章制度合法；

5、负责与外部律师联络，协调公司仲裁和诉讼事务，协助处理劳动、劳务纠纷；

6、处理领导交办的其他事务。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科或以上学历，法学专业；

2、英语听说读写能力强，可以独立处理英文合同；

3、具有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、分析及应变能力和沟通协调能力；

4、工作认真踏实，具有良好的职业精神，能够承受较大的工作压力。
