Responsibilities

1. Use SAP and Golden Tax system to issue VAT invoices according with billing notes. Maintain customer data in SAP every month to ensure the accuracy of VAT invoice. Do the sales reconciliation at the end of each month.
2. Invoice management including invoice purchasing and dealing with invoices rejected by customers and doing relative applications in Tax system.
3. Make all the bank and cash payments timely with high accuracy and help to do monthly book closing at the end of every month.
4. Manage all the bank voucher such as checks and bills of exchange. Supervise their expiration date and endorsement.
5. Responsible for different office admin affairs to ensure company's smooth operation such as stationery purchasing, beverage and snacks purchasing, air-conditioner & plants maintenance and lunch card charging arrangements, etc.
6. Make good arrangements for company car, coordinate with every department to meet their needs as far as possible
7. Other things assigned by line manager.

Requirements

1. Full-time college education or above in Finance or Accounting.
2. Experience in Golden Tax Invoice system and SAP will be a plus.
3. Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
4. Good knowledge of finance and internal control.
5. Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
6. Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in Chinese and English.
