Job Description:
1. Assist in CV Selection & Screening, Conduct Initial Phone Screen, Send interview invitations to the interviewees.
协助筛选简历,电话面试,发面试邀请给候选人
2. Assist in On Boarding Process-including documents collection, KD system data input, labor contract preparation.
协助入职手续办理,包括资料收集,金蝶系统录入,劳动合同准备
3. Assist in the Exit Formalities including documents preparation.
协助离职手续办理,包括核对资料
4. Assist in all Employee Engagement Activities.
作为捷成品牌大使,参与员工活动的协调与安排
5. Assist in Training (Orientation, E-leave, etc.) including documents preparation and printing.
协助培训相关事宜,包括入职培训,人力资源系统培训等资料准备及打印
6. P-files Management including making new ones, scanning documents, etc.
协助员工档案管理,包括制作新的员工档案,扫描等等
7. Other tasks assigned by GHR Supervisor.

Requirements:
1. 2019 Fresh Graduate, Associate or Bachelor Degree, No major limited.
大三学生,不限专业
2. Willing to learn more knowledge, Must Proactive & Initiative.
愿意积极主动学习,主动性特别强
3. Can do attitude with preferably 5 days/week full attendance, at least 3 days guaranteed/weeks.
勤奋刻苦,能保证一周至少3天出勤,5天优先考虑。
