Junior Analyst

This position requires accounting and finance experience, working knowledge of the alternative investment industry, sound organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to build support with Creadev, portfolio companies, AFM net-working, various constituents we interact with throughout the firm.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Portfolio management:

1) Assist in the review of monthly /quarterly/ annually based on data received from the portfolio companies, which includes review of related support for all balance sheet and income statement ,P&L, consolidation templates and financial footnote support

2) Assist in coordination of interim and year-end audit requests and questions according with CFO’s requests

3) Support in entrepreneurs relationship: respond to correspondence, inquiries, and requests

4) Data management including but not limited to: Legal documentation recording, file storage.

Deal flow:

1) Independently conduct primary research by connecting and interviewing experts from target companies and other relevant parties

2) Independently conduct secondary research through multiple sources with regard to the macro economy, industry, and target company, etc.

3) Draft discussion guide for different interviewees basing on specific requirements and objectives of the project

4) Assist team in project planning, briefing, researching, modeling and data validation

5) Prepare and draft executive stage memos as well as comprehensive research reports in English

6) Liaise with investment banks or private equity clients to address their queries and follow up with their comments if necessary

Company Reporting

1）Creadev newsletter: coordinate with worldwide team

2）Salesforce IQ management and updating

3）Pitchbook management

4）Consolidation and checking for all external reporting: Board meeting, investment committee, AFM related report in spelling formatting and etc…

Qualifications

? Minimum 1-2 years of internship experience required

? Knowledge of accounting & reporting for structured cre

Qualifications

? Minimum 1-2 years of internship experience required

? Knowledge of accounting & reporting for structured credit securities preferred

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Mathematics/Statistics is preferred.

? Highly motivated, self-starter time management/prioritization, strong interpersonal skills and a team player

? Strong organizational skills and detail/ result oriented

? Excellent communication skills - both written and oral in English and Chinese

? Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

? Financial modeling is a must requirement for our candidate.
