Customer
Quality Engineer (CQE)客户质量工程师
This position is
responsible for customer quality issue, and supporting all customer QA data
requests.

Provide and manage customers
RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as

Manage all quality database,
including data collection and analysis. Use statistical analysis methods if

u
Update customers the status
of quality issues or track actions, schedules, and owners to maintain cycle
time and deliveries on progress for any requests. 更新客户的质量问题,跟踪发展状态,安排,进度

Work with IT group to
develop and maintain internal and customer system.与IT部门合作开发和维护内外部系统
u
Generate and review
weekly/monthly/quarterly update Reports to problem-solving teams and

u
Help define preventive
actions for RMA root causes, and support/management on 8D, CAR projects.协助制定客户退货原因分析、预防行动计划,协助/管理8D,纠正预防措施等其他项目
u
Support senior staff and
management on other assigned tasks.协助完成部门其他项目
Requirements岗位要求:
u Knowledge of IC quality, JEDEC testing methods and
standards.熟悉集成电路质量知识, JEDEC测试方法和标准
u Understanding of statistical and engineering skills to
enable interaction with various engineers.熟悉统计学和工程知识
u Strong English skills, to clearly organize and articulate
information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to
customers.较强的英文能力,能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户
u Knowledge of ISO standard, Quality Systems, RMA/8D
reports, key aspects of fab and assembly, especially those contributing to
customer issues.具备ISO标准,质量体系,RMA和8D报告,晶元和封装特性等知识,了解其他有助于客户的问题的知识
u Experience of using IT software systems for reporting in
