MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责:
1) Screen CVs from stores and internet ,Making phone calls with applicant professionally and arrange interview for HR team.
协助HR进行员工招聘工作,涵盖:职位发布,简历筛选,面试要约,入职通知,合同签订等;
2) Update the database of recruiting every week.
协助HR完成档案管理工作
3) Others duties assigned by supervisors.
完成上级布置的其他工作
REQUIREMENT:
职位要求:
1. Junior university student; (Major in Human resource is a plus)
大学在校生,本科(在读)及以上学历;人力资源专业优先考虑.
2. Interested into Human resource knowledge;
对人力资源有浓厚的兴趣
Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin;
英语读写熟练,听说良好;
3. Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software;
Professional communication skills;
电脑操作熟练,熟悉office使用;
4. Minimum three working days per week; minimum three months
每周工作时间保证在3个工作日;实习时长不低于三个月
