The main responsibilities:
- Training sessions logistics support, for example, necessary training forms printing, gifts preparation, etc. - Training data management, including master data maintenance, AECOM University data input - Internship and part-time information maintenance - P-file management (if time allows) - Any ad hoc tasks upon request
The key requirements:
- Ideally in the first year of master program - Passionate, collaborative and can-do attitude and mindset - Confident to communicate with others - Love to data analysis - 4-5 days per week preferred |
