海外商务经理 Overseas BD Manager

职位描述：

1、与事业部同事协同工作，高效优质地完成所负责客户日常服务工作；

2、维护公司提供的重要人脉客户资源，与行业保持良好互动，拓展公司与外界的合作；

3、协助公司领导接待和拜访重要客人，商务随行，负责执行公司公关活动；

4、上级领导安排的其他工作事项。   

任职要求：

1、精通商务礼仪，市场营销、公关等相关专业，具备商务活动礼仪常识、日常接待等相关知识；

2、有良好的素养，谈吐得体、涵养佳、公关能力强，做事细致，具有优秀的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力，熟悉商务接待工作；

3、团队合作意识强，优秀学习能力和高效沟通能力

 

Description of job:

1. Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department to efficiently and competently complete the daily service work of the responsible customers;

2. Maintain important customer network resources provided by the company, keep interaction with the industry, and expand cooperation between the company and other company;

3. Assist the company leaders to receive and visit important clients, accompanied by business, responsible for the implementation of the company's public relations activities;

4. Other work arranged by the superior leaders.

Job requirements:

1. Proficient in business etiquette, marketing, public relations and other related professional, business activities etiquette knowledge, daily reception and other related knowledge;

2. Good literacy, good conversation, good publicity, strong public relations, meticulous work, excellent outreach and public relations, ability to solve emergencies, and familiarity with business reception;

3. Strong sense of teamwork, excellent learning ability and efficient communication skills 

投资经理Investment Manager 

岗位职责：

1、分析研究符合公司战略发展、具有投资前景的行业机会，开拓项目来源，筛选投资机会；

2、承担拟开展项目的前期调研、项目谈判、尽职调查等相关工作；

3、对正式立项项目组织风控，提出资产定价建议，参与投资谈判、起草相关合同；

4、负责管理投资项目，全程风控；

5、负责项目组对内、对外的沟通协调工作； 

Job responsibilities:

1. Analyze the industry opportunities that meet the company's strategic development and investment prospects, develop the source of projects and screen investment opportunities;

2. Undertake the preliminary investigation, project negotiation, due diligence and other work related to the project;

3. Organize risk control for formal project, propose asset pricing proposal, participate in investment negotiation and draft the relevant contracts;

4. Responsible for managing the investment projects and the overall risk control;

5. Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination;    
 

融资经理Finance manager

岗位职责：

1.负责对公司资金营运进行全面的战略管理；

2.负责维护、开发、拓展融资渠道，降低融资成本；

3.负责公司资金计划与安排，提高资金使用率和资金理财收益；

4.保障公司业务项目的资金需求，拟定融资授信方案，跟进项目进度，风险评估、组织实施，控制及管理全部流程；

5.负责资金管理部团队的人员工作安排及管理。 

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall strategic management of the company's capital operation;

2. Responsible for maintaining, developing and expanding the financing channels to reduce costs;

3. Responsible for the company's capital plan and arrangement, and increase the utilization rate of funds and financial returns;

4. To guarantee the capital requirements of the company's business projects, formulate the financing credit plan, follow up the project progress, risk assessment, organize the implementation, control and manage the whole process;

5. Responsible for work arrangement of the capital management team.
