Responsibilities:

1. Supports manufacturing organization to maintain product flow. Clarifies and corrects work instructions as necessary.

2. Investigates and resolves technical production problems. Ensure that production personnel have the necessary documents and tools required to build quality products.

3. Support manufacturing organization for change management process and coordinate cross functional team action implementation

4. Support manufacturing organization for process setup(machine installation/work instruction development/operator training)

5. Support Manufacturing product prototype builds and provide details on corrective action where required

6. Establishes/reviews manufacturing processes and identifies improvement opportunities that support efficient product flow and/or cost reduction and lead/assists in solution implementations.

7. Investigates inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction in manufacturing. Explores new processes and equipment to realize cost savings on new and existing product lines. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.

8. SAP data setup and maintenance

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing a degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, physics, or similar field is required.

2. Strong Analytic and problem solving skills.

3. Self-driven individual who is capable and excited to learn about new technologies.

4. Good organizational and planning skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and related

computer skills
