Job summary：

Purchasing assistant, who will maintain all databases related to suppliers information for Corporate Purchasing. The person will add vendors and manufacturers in Corporate Purchasing database and communicate with them to gather, validate, compile and report the information. Communications with headquarter and suppliers will be done in wrting and over the phone.

Job Description 工作职责:

1.Conflict Minerals -- Compile al CMRT already in file in the new tool ,Upload new vendors and manufacturers on a regular base, Follow-up on incomplete answers, Generate EXFO CMRT reports

冲突矿产调查 – 编辑冲突矿产调查报告，定期上传新供应商和制造商资料，跟踪完成不完整信息，制造Exfo CMRT报告。

2.ISO certification --Add new vendors to database, Review validity of ISO certificates and request updates, File new certificates, update DB and Vendor Scorecards.

ISO 认证 – 将新供应商加入数据库，审核ISO认证的正确性和要求更新，归档新的认证，更新数据库和供应商分数卡。

3. NDA -- Review NDA DB for past due document, Ask EXFO user if we still need and NDA, If yes, prepare NDA request for Legal, Send to vendor new form, Fill in vendors folder and Legal, Update Vendor Scorecard.

保密协定 – 审核过期文件中的保密协定， 询问EXFO相关人员，如果需要，准备NDA给法务，发给供应商新的NDA 表格，更新供应商分数卡。

4.Tooling -- DB maintenance on EXFO owned tooling.模具 – 管理EXFO的模具数据库。

5.Vendor Qualification Documentation -- Maintain documentation in the CVL.供应商认证文件 – 维护受控供应商列表。

6.Other -- Compile monthly/quaterly/yearly KPIs.其他 – 编写月度，季度和年度绩效考核指标。

7.Perform other duties as the Company may authorize or assign from time to time 执行上级交办的其它任务。

Job Requirement 岗位要求：

1. Good English, writing and speaking.良好的英文沟通能力。

2. Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate minimum). 熟练使用Excel。

3. Person must be autonomous and willing to take initiatives. 工作积极主动。

4. Pertinent experience: 1-2 years purchasing related working experience. 相关经验： 1-2年采购相关经验。

5. Language requirements: Fluent English both in Oral and Written. 语言要求： 流利的英文说写能力。

6. Education: BS/BA International Trade , Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.学历要求：本科学历，国际贸易，工商管理或者供应链管理专业优先。 （欢迎优秀的应届毕业生应聘）
