Position Description:
Purpose of the Position:
? Intensify maintenance department for the fundamental study of the capacity
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1.Analysis maintenance trouble shooting repeat issue for found root cause
2.Equipment and parts life time improvement and localization
3.PdM technologies development to prolong equipment life.
4.DT analysis for Reduce Equipment DT to looking for root cause
5.To performed the plant’s preventive maintenance system with Maximo
Education & Experience:
1.Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering other engineering related
2.Familiar with Solidwork2016 software is plus
Required Skills:
1.CET4 and above, excellent written and oral in English
2.Familiar with Office and PC skill
3. Computer level 2, Excel VBA is plus
Soft Skills:
1.Strong ownership of achieving goal
2.Sense of urgency and creativity and adapt plan to meet objectives
3.Flexibility to adapt to changing environment; be a change agent to help others through change
4.Communication skill and positive working attitude in team
