1. 维护数据库,收集及维护数据;
2. 日常会议的组织及筹备、来访人员接待;
3. 日常报表提交及报告撰写;
4. 资料整理及文件归档;
5. 各项规章制度及流程规范的监督、执行和更新;
6. 行政物资采购及管理,与供应商保持良好沟通;
7. 商旅事项办理(预订酒店、机票、车辆,办理签证等);
8. 日常行政费用预算及报销管理,
9. 协助部分人事基础工作。
任职要求:
1. 具备行政、文秘等相关工作经验,有会计经验者更佳,每周可到岗五天,毕业后可转正;
2. 大学英语四级以上,英语书面表达流畅,能进行简单的中英对译,且有一定的口语沟通能力;
3. 熟悉办公室管理流程,熟练操作MS Office办公软件,熟悉办公设备的使用;
4. 较强的时间观念及时间管理能力;
5. 认真、细心,能独立解决问题;
6. 较强的沟通能力和学习能力。
Job Description:
1. Manage the database, responsible for information collection and data management;
2. Organize and schedule appointments, provide general support to visitors;
3. Assist in the preparation of regularly reports;
4. Develop and maintain a filing system;
5. Update and maintain office policies and procedures, maintain contact lists;
6. Order office supplies and research new suppliers;
7. Book travel arrangements;
8. Submit and reconcile expense reports;
9. Act as the point of contact for internal.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant; accounting experience would be an advantage;
2. College's degree or above, graduating students acceptable;
3. Proficient in English, especially for listening and writing; good command of translating between Chinese and English;
4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures and proficiency in MS Office;
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
9. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
