Job duties:

1.Windows system and software installation; 系统安装、办公软件安装等；

2.Hardware/software mainenance and trouble shooting; 电脑故障处理维修（包含软硬件）；

3.Mobile phone and fixed phone installation and mainenance; 电话的安装和迁移、维护；

4.IT peripheral equipment mainenance(printer, projector, etc.); 打印机、投影仪、音响等IT设备维护 ；

5.Helpdesk; 桌面维护；

6.IT fixed asset management; IT固定资产管理

7.Documentation etc.; 文档整理；

8.Any other duty assigned by IT head; 领导交代的其他任务 。

Requirements：

1.Knowledge of Microsoft products

2.Major in computer sciences, EE, or Business Admin etc.

3.Fluent in English (read, writing, comprehension)

4.Good in communications with people

5.Good willingness for taking tasks
